In partnership with the Willis Tower Watson, BP, AIG, Kearney and Nike, YDWC will be debating the motion “This house believes that it is better for ethnic minorities to emphasise their similarity with majority populations as a strategy to improve their lives”. This event will feature a keynote speech from Afua Hirsch.
