Page Executive are working with a number of businesses who are keen to establish shadow boards. A shadow board in this instance is a small board that mirrors the main board and enables individuals with no previous Non-Executive board experience, to get training, exposure and a path to being a Non-Executive Director.
These roles will help you to start understanding the board dynamic, you will undertake Non-Executive Director training and have a mentor who will help you develop your skills, after a period of time or when a role becomes vacant you will join the main board of the organisation. The organisations we are working with are establishing shadow boards to proactively increase the diversity in their organisational leadership.These businesses are progressive and recognise the value of diversity in the Boardroom and are keen to have diverse representation throughout their leadership.
