YDWC and the University of Oxford are partnering to develop an Executive Education course that aims to empower professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds to excel within the world’s leading economic and political institutions.

To bring attention to the complex issues faced by culturally diverse professionals who seek to get to the top of their respective professions, we will be delivering the Executive Education Roundtable Series. Featuring keynote speeches from leading figures within business, politics and academia, the series will aim to take on the most vexing of questions.

In this session, we will take on the motion “The impact of race on career progression”.
