Every year, YDWC hosts a debate in the House of Lords. For YDWC, this debate is not simply an intellectual exercise. We believe that a constructive dialogue about advancing social issues should be accompanied with meaningful action. In June 2019 we held a debate on the motion: “This House Believes that corporate institutions meaningfully improve workplace diversity and multi-cultural representation by implementing quotas.” In 2020, we will take on a completely new issue.
