The Chamber and Committees Team (CCT) have partnered with Young Diverse World Changes (YDWC), a community for professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds, to deliver a CCT inspiring talk on progressing beyond the diversity problem.
Keynote speakers will be Marisa Anna Hall, Co-Head of the Thinking Ahead Institute at Willis Towers Watson and Justin Onuekwusi Head of Retail Multi-Asset Funds at Legal & General and Co-chair of the Legal & General Inclusion Team (LEGIT).
This session will be on exploring tangible examples of progressing beyond proclaiming the value of diversity towards meaningful cultural change. I will introduce the event and yourselves. Keynote speakers will share examples of work they have delivered to advance Diversity & Inclusion initiatives (in collaboration with YDWC).
YDWC will also highlight future initiatives CCT can be involved in to continue building a more inclusive Parliament.
This event will be attended by House of Commons officials including the Senior Leadership Team, Heads of offices, CCT Learning & Development Team, CCT D&I Champions and CCT Voice Champions. This event is invitation-only, registered members are welcome to contact us.
